Standard processing time is 2–3 weeks. We do offer rush processing for an additional fee by selecting expressed shipping at checkout. Your order will be prioritized and processed within 3–4 business days instead of the standard timeline. Worldwide shipping is also available!
We offer a one-year warranty covering defects due to workmanship, issues such as glue separation or magnet failure. If the defect is determined to be our fault, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
